Hello and welcome to Whitemoss AAC Online, the website for Whitemoss Amateur Athletics Club. It is with great pleasure that I am able to relaunch the site after a period of absence from the worldwide web. The longer standing members among you will remember previous incarnations of Whitemoss’ representation online. Our first website was created by myself and existed between December 1999 and September 2001. Subsequent versions were run by former athlete Graeme Smith and current chairman Stuart McCord. Alas, at the AGM on Tuesday 3rd October 2006, I was persuaded to take on the Internet duties once more,  being around the club a little bit more than I had been previously. Therefore,  here I am.

I would take this chance to point out that this is a site for members to use and enjoy and, while I have my own ideas for potential features, I welcome comments and suggestions. Do please browse the various links and tell me what you think. In particular, please take a little time to fill in the feedback form at the bottom of this page and/or sign the guestbook. I update the site as often as I possibly can so keep checking back for new material. I aim to provide content of both current and historical interest. Having been a Whitemoss member first time around between 1996 and 2001, I should hopefully provide the latter. I am hopeful you will all find the site informative, entertaining and even amusing in places and use it in future as a reliable source for latest Whitemoss events.
