It is fair to say that Whitemoss’ success has really been a snowball effect since 1990, i.e a slow start but gradually gathering pace. The years since 2000 have proven particularly fruitful as the roll of honour on this page illustrates.

To make sense of some of the statistics, what is now the Central and South of Scotland League (CSSAL) was named the Scottish and North West Athletics League (SNWL) prior to 2001. I have otherwise sought to refrain from using abbreviations where possible.

If anyone can fill in the details of some of Whitemoss’ early successes, I would be very grateful, e.g. I know there was once a Division 5 in SNWL from which promotion was gained, alas, it was before my time. Just email me with any updates or corrections. Furthermore, be sure to read the pages on the left toolbar which I hope will prove to be of some historical interest.

Some trophies have photos as well and these can be found via the Photo Gallery page of this site. These are stored in the official Whitemoss trophy cabinet (Keith Stoddart's sideboard).  Many thanks to Keith for providing the pictures for the site.
